Delicious Nebbiolo. Same grape as a Barolo, but more accessible and retaining masses of finesse and complexity. Made at 570 metres above sea level giving it a lovely intensity and freshness.
12 months in oak and 10 months in bottle.
Intense and fine bouquet, hints of cherry and red berries, well supported by more mineral and spice. Harmonious and fresh characterful wine.
Drinks well with meat and aged cheeses.
